    Ahoy,
    I notice that anytime I come out of safe haven, any point I'm at, it spawns me in the middle of the border of the map I jump
    Is that how it is supposed to happen or is it a glitch for me?

    when u leave the safe haven u can spawn anywhere in the map you are going to

    its no glitch its how its designed to work sometimes it sets you dead middle on side top or bottom depending on what way you leave safe haven

    As mentioned, this is intended, you always leave the safe haven to the middle of the border next to the safe haven.
