Season Event Login Task Impossible

The task to login for the event is now at 0/9, yet there are only 8 days left. I've logged in every day of the event (confirmed that I have received the daily login prize for 25 days).

Can you ask to change it so that it is possible to earn it?

 

yes bawdyn, there is definitely a bug with the log in, my 3 accounts have all been logged in every day (log in confirmed with 25 days of monthly log in prize) however 1 account for event is on 1/9, another account is now on 0/9 and the third account is on 4/9, something is clearly broken with this

Please always post your user and server ID without this information, the administrators cannot have your logs and account checked.

my account is same way been trying to figure it out but it takes alot of reading but im sure ive logged on every day

39/9034115 is on 1/9 event log ins (main account logged in every single day and used)
39/41818289 is on 4/9 event log ins (secondry account logged in most days)
39/41822472 is on 0/9 event log ins (additional account used occasionally)

clearly something is amiss, my main account should have the highest event log ins

I just saw the announcement that they are extending the event by a day. That looks like it will solve my issue, but I'm not sure what's happening with the others, so there may be a problem.

EDIT: The Event timer still has the original event ending time left. Maybe they haven't applied the event extension yet?

Correct. Event has been extended, so everyone can get their correct amount of login for their season.

Event Ticker display time correctly the event is ON for the next 7 days.

As some of you already saw the event was extended to meet the required day amount - which should resolve your issue.

If you logged in every day there should be no issue claiming your 25 season coins.

If you still experience this kind of an issue please contact Support they shall be able to help you resolve it.
