    I am unsure of what you might be being asked for by Support for a serial number, please respond to their ticket asking what they would like to know and I am sure they will explain further.

    I want to send a ticket but they are asking for a serial number and i cant continue,

    Ahoy,

    Are you referring to the Security code? If so enter the code that is shown above into the box below.

    As an example, if I was to send a ticket I would need to enter 688567 into the bottom box (note this will be different for you)
