    Having tried this I was successfully able to connect on your account as shown:

    First and foremost, please make sure you have the latest version of Flash installed as this is a requirement for the Seachart to load.
    As of recent updates in Browsers, you may now be required to enable Flash. A step by step guide can be found by viewing
    Flash Player

    You may also need to clear your cache. Use the following link which covers the main browsers please:
    Browser Cache Deletion

    Then please could you try deleting your Flash cookies and cache, this is different from the regular browser cache.

    From the link below, please click "delete all sites" on the tool there, this will delete the entirety of the cache. Once done please restart your browser and try again.
