    Server Performance and Planned Restarts​

    Ahoy Pirates!

    We have recently been having server performance which has caused the game to become unresponsive.

    In order to attempt to resolve this, we need to take some snapshots of the server 1351.

    This may mean the server will become unresponsive or even restart a couple of times within the next few hours.

    We understand this is a frustration and we apologise, however the information we can gain is critical for resolving the larger issue on all servers.

    Please also be aware that during the weekend period we are planning to restart the servers' multiple times a day to prevent the issue from occurring, there will be no gameplay changes during this time, it is only to prevent the game becoming unresponsive.

    Our technical team is continuing to work on resolving this issue with high priority, and we'd like to reassure you that they are only working on this issue with the hope to have it resolved very shortly.

    We'd also like to take this opportunity to apologise again regarding all the inconvenience caused over the previous couple of weeks.
