Ship designs missing?

    Hi,

    I recently bought some ship designs including the dadelus. However, it sometimes shows in my inventory and sometimes it doesn't. I accidentally switched one of my designs and I can't find it in my inventory anymore. Is this some glitch?

    Ahoy .Pivot.!

    It is not possible to lose a ship design from your account once you have purchased it.

    Please take a closer look at your ship design list once again, if you'll be unable to find such design (don't forget to mention which one you are looking for) within your list please provide us with your server and user ID (found under your ship) so we can take a look at it.

    I bought the starter pack, but I don't see the Daedulus ship design. Earlier, I had a ship design that I have seem to forgotten the name of, it was pink/red with some red glowing affect on the sails but it somehow changed to a Pied Piper ship design and all my gems were moved to it. I don't know if this is some visual glitch because I'm using a Mac and I can't download the sf client.

    Please be aware that Pied Piper ship design can be obtained within this event, also your gems do not "switch" on its own - this has to be done manually by you.

    Upon reviewing your account I can see that you own Daedalus ship design.

    SF Client is not working on Mac.
