Support Ship disappears at sea

    Hello,

    I am another player whose forum access for server 1351 has been disabled.

    I am trying to navigate the forum and hope to clearly explain the issue I am facing.

    I am experiencing the following problem: every time I switch maps, enter a safe haven,

    or access a mini-game, my ship disappears from the sea.

    This is particularly problematic during events that require me to deal damage to complete

    objectives—for instance, whenever I enter the Gantril map, my ship vanishes.

    I am unable to play the map effectively because I cannot see where my ship is, making it impossible to move it around.

    I am requesting assistance to resolve this issue;

    I have already tried reinstalling the game client, but that did not fix it.

    Ahoy Hawk.!

    Welcome to EN forum Pirate!

    In order to resolve your issue please login onto your account and go to Options -> Graphics -> Streamer Mode and make sure the third option "Hide your ship" is not enabled.

    Once you make sure change please complete a full logout / in - this should resolve your issue.

    Thank you—this action solved my problem.
    I wasn't aware of this feature, and I’m not sure how it got enabled.
    It’s all sorted out now.
