    In reference to advice given in the recent "Max. Gold" -thread;

    In this case, the account that had the gold and was being boarded was banned and the gold was entirely removed from both the account and the "gold guild" it was in. Each of the players had their bans removed, along with the gold they had captured. If you come across an account like this, then you should leave the gold on your account. Do not spend it. Write to support and give them the ID of the gold boat*, and ask for them to remove the gold.

    * How would I ID a ship??

    @ Chat restrictions:
    How far is it 'allowed' to go when writing (common) slang (eg. crap)?, and is it legal to leave out certain letters and still get away with the word in question; eg. "Edit"

  2. Id is evident on profile on the back page or alt click on your ship to have it appear in your chat.

    Additional no, it is not legal to remove letters from words considered against the rules of chat and be allowed to post them. I'd say common sense rules given that this game is suppose to be kid friendly

    Ahoy pirate,

    Every ship that sail, has numbers, right under their nickname. That is the ID of the ship.

    To ID a random ship on the seachart, you can press alt and click on the ship you desire to ID.
    In my case, I ID-ed the ship Deloops. The following happened in the chat:

    In the scenario, that the ship you wanted to ID was already gone, but you have their nickname, you can spy them and copy the ID from there:
