ship name queery

I have a question i would like a respectful answer to from an admin or chat moderator,
Some time ago on one of my accounts on the main server my ship name for a while was
'Alan B'stard' , this is a real name of a character in a tv show, when a chat moderator spotted my ship name they took it upon themselves to remove my ship name and change it to 'contact support' or something along those lines, at the time i accepted this action and did not question it, HOWEVER
During the current event whilst working through the quest line i notice that sometimes when elements of quests are completed a chat box appears with a comment or message from the said quest giver, one of which from Anne bunny is a comment i quote 'You dirty two timing *******' !!!
now .. you see where im going with this??
A word that cannot be used in chat or you will get banned... i use a take on this word with alternative spelling and my ship name gets removed...
Double standards or what??

First of all please be aware that no moderator have the ability to change your ship nickname on spot.

If your nickname has been changed to Contact Support then the answer to all your queries can be found right there.

Unfortunately I am unable to provide you with any further details as the ones who's responsible for such actions are in fact Supporters.

Regarding the inappropriate text used by our quest-givers.. it has been already forwarded onto the appropriate party to be reviewed.
