    I have a question about the +80 and +49 speed gem does that speed apply to when your and half Hp of damage or all the time i cant remember.

    Ahoy -PUSAT-!

    Citrine (+80 speed) works only when you HP is below 50%.

    Topaz (+49 speed) works only when your HP is above 50%.
