    the event pack that has the steel chains of speed is simply not clear enough. are they the ones with the harpoon reload or cannon reload?

    Hey @~turnip~ ,

    chains from pack called " Santa's Huge Party Package " are the ones with decrease your cannon reload time. But be aware that cannon reload time is an avarage value ( the more items you hold in a mix with em the lower effect will be )

    Kruchy is correct. When they say chains of speed it is for cannon reload and the harpoon chains will mention harpoon damage.
