    It would seem logical that steeled chains would be made available in some form since all the upgrades require them....who decided to just offer upgrades when they cannot be used? I mean...sell them, offer them for game currency, put them in a quest reward....but not having them available at all is stupid. oh...that's typical for BP...right>
