    hi i need help with a quest level 10 time and tide were you have to collect 5 cargo but it doesnt say were or how to get it just says i have to take it to safe haven then back to norton

    Cargo are the group of crates or shinies if you wish to call them that. They can be found in all maps. Just click on them to collect.
