    Hello ,

    I dont know if you ever dealt with the support for payments but holly moly this is a joke i am at my 4 th ticket with them and none of them did actually understand my problem ..

    Like please hire some Professional guys at least , i am just trying to get my packagae i paid for or at least a refund , my bank account got charged twice but i only got 1 package credited on my account and none of these stupids supports that has been answering my tickets took the time to have a look into the acount and stuff ...

    I know this is not the section for it but bruh they keep just closing the ticket after 1 response , like i can t even answer to them to explain more , i hope you forawrd this to the correct depar or the support for payments and get this issue of mine resolved ASAP --' .
