I recall getting some from the solo map. Have you tried it?

    Ahoy Mav®o-GR!

Trust me it is easier if you command your turtle army within this map than just shot the turtles.

    Ahoy Bawdyn!

Once within the turtle map you can see an additional command menu that appear on your screen:

    upload_2025-5-10_6-44-36.png

1 - This command order your turtle to focus their attacks on Freya
2 - This command order your turtle to focus their attack on Archelon
3 - This command order your turtle to focus their attack on the turtle that is closer to them
4 - This command recall your turtle back to your position (to follow you)

Now lets say that you are next to Freya and you are using your own turtle (ship) to fire, by pressing on one of your turtles you can tell them to focus their "full power" on Freya (by pressing on the turtle and then on the 1st icon) or start dealing damage on Archelon (note that you need to be close to make a command - so sometimes you need to move closer to your friendly turtle).

Within your pack you've got 4 kind of turtles:

    • Turtle Thug (purple) - this turtle specialize in close combat
    • Turtle Hoodlum (yellow) - this turtle specialize in range combat - quite good to deal damage on Archeon while you deal with Freya (if both are close by)
    • Turtle Crook (blue) - this turtle specialize in "magic" and can cast debuffs as well as slow down both Freya and Archelon movement
    • Turtle Heavy (red) - your best buddy who will heal you
Navigate your turtles, find your own tactics and fight for the pirate glory!

Personally I love this map, its quite easy, fast and whats most important PROFITABLE FOR EVERYONE! Doesn't matter if your boat is small or big.

    Ahoy |DARK_SHADOW|!

Yes, it should be working fine after the second sync that took place yesterday evening.

    Ahoy platine2!

Yes, radiant souls are quite rare but that's how the event has been designed. You can get 50 radiant souls from playing the solo map or some more from NPCs found within the Atlantis.

I would like to say there should be a possible correction in the event FAQ for the spawn requirements in the guild map. Solo shooting Cassiopeia, I am finding it takes ~125,000,000 damage vs the stated 100,000,000. Can we see if this information is correct, or if the requirements are set at the wrong amount? Thank you.

Is there a strategy that works for defeating the "lockmaw" npc?

Set your ship into max dodge chance, move on top of it and hit Lockmaw - important DO NOT move.

    Ahoy Pirates!

Quite frequently I am being asked by our fellow players how to easily profit on the current event when I am not that strong. Below you'll find a short guide on how to pass the Turtle Terror map so you can gain some pearls / crowns / yulong and other goods to improve your vessel.

What do I need to prepare?

    1. Complete some event quests
    2. Gain some Ancient Emblems (even 1 will be enough but the more you've got the better for you)
    3. Make sure you have Hailstorm Books + Dragon Powder (or Gunpowder) set on your action bar
    Now you have two options:

    a) Complete this map for "time" - only if you care about rankings
    b) Complete this map for profit - here we will focus on this specific one
If you wish to reach high ranking places please read my post above which explain how to command your turtles.

If you wish to complete this map for profit simply enter the Turtle Terror and stay in the top left corner.

Now, keep an eye on both big turtles your first target is Freya (you sink her first as she heals if you dont hit her). Once Freya separated from her friend and the distance is quite big make your move!

Activate your Dragon Powder and Hailstorm + ShellShock Ammo and show Freya whos boss! :D

Once Freya is defeated rush towards the Archeon and defeat him - your turtles will be taking care of healing so you've got nothing to be worried about!

Both Freya and Archeon provide rewards, here are some examples (this used less than 100 ammo / Dragon Powder / Hailstorms):

    2025-05-12 22:29:53 You sank Tortoise Freya's ship.
    2025-05-12 22:29:53 You received 500 x Event points.
    2025-05-12 22:29:53 You received 200342 x Crowns.
2025-05-12 22:29:53 You received 500000 EXP (experience points).
    2025-05-12 22:29:53 You received 36 x Cursed souls.

    2025-05-12 22:19:13 You received 25497 x Yulong coin.
    2025-05-12 22:19:13 You sank Archelon's ship.

2025-05-12 22:18:00 You received 500000 EXP (experience points).
    2025-05-12 22:18:00 You received 37 x Cursed souls.
    2025-05-12 22:18:00 You received 500 x Event points.
    2025-05-12 22:18:00 You received 24820 x Yulong coin.
    2025-05-12 22:18:00 You sank Tortoise Freya's ship.

    2025-05-12 21:43:31 You sank Tortoise Freya's ship.
    2025-05-12 21:43:31 You received 500 x Event points.
    2025-05-12 21:43:31 You received 199750 x Crowns.

    2025-05-12 21:41:38 You received 1452072 x Pearls.

Note: This map is amazing for homecoming players as every boat doing this map is equal - apart from the Dragon Powder that not all may have.

    Hope this helps!

    Happy Sailing!

Did they change the Pirate glory reward for the Turtle Terror map? It still shows that 150 pirate glory are a guaranteed reward, but I just did it twice and did not get the 165 pirate glory (I have glorifier buff) either time.

    Ahoy -BigBadWolf-!

Please be aware that there is a limit to Pirate Glory which equal 20.000

You already reached that limit and that's why the Turtle Terror map do not provide you with additional Pirate Glory coins.

Rymar, can you please advise where to find Greedy Hunter or Skilled Poacher?

    Ahoy pawwlios!

These NPCs are the one that try to hunt down Draco Chelonia.

Once spawned teleport to the same map as Draco Chelonia and fight with all hunters! - these appear in distance and follow Draco Chelonia damaging it on its way.

I need phase 2 eventships for the quests but don't see them on the map anywhere?

Edit: Question already asked and answered I see.

  19. Bawdyn

    Bawdyn Forum General

The FAQ doesn't actually say that these ships are the ones hunting Draco. It lists the ships as Phase 2 without that info. The section on Draco says it's hunted by "various ships" without naming them.

    Ahoy Bawdyn!

FAQ state that Phase 2 will contain Draco Chelonia and list all these NPCs as a part of Phase 2.

This may be a bit confusing but if you read the whole bit it should be ok.
