The Heartbreak Hunt​

The event starts at 12 noon on 9th February and ends at 11:59 pm on 14th February.

All times are local server times.

The Heartbreaker Hunt Event (Valentine Event) features the following:

• 2 event ships
• 3 daily event quests from Monroe Robinson
• Event chests
• Ship wrecks
• Event ranking
• 1 new ship design: Crimson Rose

General Info

The Valentine’s Day Event is a small shoot event where you can hunt two NPCs, Romeo and Juliet, on sea (map 5 – 50).

Both event ships must be shot with elite ammunition and spawn Poison vials (Romeo) and Dagger (Juliet) on their death.​

Event NPCs

• Romeo/ Juliet:
  • Depending on how much damage you inflict you are rewarded with EXP.
  • The player who inflicts the most damage receives Pearls, Crowns or Yulong Coins, by chance Forgotten Love and has a small chance to receive the one of the following designs: Black Rose, Capulet, Pegasus' Pride or Crimson Rose.
• Dagger:
  • Chance to receive Cabin Boys, Legba Amulet, Dragonfire, Heartbreaker ammunition, Agwes Armor plate, Forgotten Love or Crystals.
• Poison Vial:
  • Chance to receive Cabin Boys, Legba Amulet, Dragonfire, Kraken poison ammunition, Agwes Armor plate, Forgotten Love or Crystals.

Shipwrecks

The shipwrecks must be shot with Harpoons. Items such as Kraken poison ammunition, Armor plates, Black powder, Hailstorm, Seers Vision, Painbringer cannon level 2 and Crystals can be obtained if you make the last shot!​

Event Chests

In the Event Treasure chests you find many useful items like Kraken poison ammunition, Simbi Amulets, Tritons Benevolence, Unstoppable, Dragonfire, Mojo, Painbringer cannon level 1 and other items. ​

Ammunition

Kraken Poison Ammunition causes more damage against Romeo and Juliet.​

Quests

You can accept quests by speaking to Monroe Robinson (on the safe haven).

There are 3 daily quests.

These quests are reset each day at 12 noon (Local Server Time).​

Ship Design

• Crimson Rose (possible loot):
  • Perfect Garnet (27% Harpoon Damage)
  • Impeccable Ruby (26% Cannon Damage)
  • Impeccable Azurite (52% Repair Value, -13% Repair Speed)
  • Impeccable Lapislazuli (130.000 Hitpoints)

Event Ranking

Points can be obtained by making the most damage against Romeo and Juliet. At the end of the event the rewards are as follows:​

Description:

Ah, my friend. Beloved comrade. There’s always some pearls to be earned for those who want to make ’em. I’s heard that our two rival households alike in dignity are at it again, the poor sods. Anyway, get some poison from Romeo and a dagger from Juliet, matey!​

Description:

Ya know, Cap’n, if you ask me, love is a mercenary’s dream. You get two families, at each other’s throats, ’cause ‘he’s not worthy’ or ‘she’s too poor’, and I see rich pickin’s. So, to make sure our profits are all-the-best, I think we should stir stuff up and catch Romeo unaware. Pull down his britches, that’ll embarrass ‘im!​

Description:

Love, eh?! It makes the women swoon, and the men get jealous… or is it the other way round? Anyway, whatever happens, when love takes hold, I hear the sound of ‘em valuable pearls, and so, if you scratch my back, so to speak, and take on the lovely Juliet, my mercenaries can gain leverage with her family. If you get my meaning!​
