    My apology for one more question. There is some confusion on the upgraded Reinforced Ribs. The Level 2 Ribs increase Damage Prevention by 14%. But in PvP combat, I am hearing they are worthless. Are they meant for NPCs only, like the Commonwealth Guardian is?

    Ahoy,

    Firstly, there is never a need to apologise for asking a question; that is why we are here and we rather you do ask questions if you are unsure!

    Reinforced Ribs Level 2 do provide up to a maximum of 14% Damage Prevention that is correct. This value is applied to both Players and NPCs, however, due to the large amount of Cannon Damage bonus players have, although the Ribs will have an effect, it will not be as noticeable as on a NPC.
