    Ticket Maintenance

    Ahoy pirates,

    We have to do some maintenance on our Ticket system. It will be carried out on the 28th January from approximately 8.00 to 17.00.

    During this maintenance, you will be able to send your tickets to support, but you will not receive confirmation as usual, nor will you receive any response during maintenance by the support.

    Once the maintenance is finished, the system will send the self-confirmation response to everyone who has sent the tickets to the support and the support members will be able to view your queries and answer them, which means that no tickets will be lost.

    We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding during this time.
