    Where do I find the item highlighted below (in yellow)? Is this referring to the launcher itself? And is the total of 1.5 seconds still correct?

    Torpedo Launcher Reload Time

    Below you shall find the maximum amount of Torpedo Reload Time.

    Base: 4 sec
    Advanced Loaders: 20.4%
    Level 3 Torpedo Operator: 6%
    Torpedo Loader: 23%
    Powder Moneky: 20%

    Total: 1.5 sec

    Maximum values threads are outdated as you can see yet the lowest reload time for all torpedo equals 1.5 second.
