Unable to complete quest "The Viking Council"

    Issue:
    Quest objective is to return to "Eona Norling" in SH11 after finish quest objectives, however going to SH11 and clicking on Eona states there are no quests available at this time.

    Steps to reproduce:
    -     Start Quest at Sigurd Lundgren
    - Complete quest objective (Board 4 Mighty Oarsman) on M11
    - Quest objective updates to "Return to Eona Norling"
    - Per Quest Guide: https://board-en.seafight.com/threads/quests-level-11-12.1909/ states to return to SH11 Eona
    - Arrive in SH11, attempt to open quest dialog with Eona
    - Eona states no quests available, unable to complete quest as required

    Steps taken for resolution:
    - Closed / Reopen Quest Dialog
    - Clicked Refresh button on quest dialog
    - Fully log out, then log back to try and resolve any session issues

    Hello,

    You must be talking to wrong "Eona Norling". (notice there are two Eona's, one as a sailing ship around SH, and one above island)

    Please try to talk to the one that display as an icon above island like shown in photo below.

    Thank you, that was exactly what was needed!

    (Referencing: If possible can a note be added to the FAQ to indicate that you need to talk with the Eona that is stationary?
