Unable to promote league level

    I'm currently in the jellyfish league wanting to climb to the seahorse league, but I'm unable to despite meeting the requirements stated here: https://board-en.seafight.com/threads/league-system.74552/

    I'm currently at 5,234,663 total ELP, and 2,501,742 seasonal ELP. I have been in the jellyfish league for over 7 days, and I'm within the top 33% players on the server and worldwide.

    Hovering over "Climb into next League" under the "Promotion" tab while the jellyfish league is selected just tells me: "Error: Available leagues: none". The seahorse league shows no options.

    If any other information is required, then I'll be more than happy to provide!

    I am also having the same problem! I’m currently sitting at 5,010.000 elite points and over 3.000.000 seasonal points but will not let me promote?

    Hello @HolyPotatoz ,

    I am not 100% sure but it ring a bell when I think about it so...

    I think you are unable to leave your league in last week of season (with last from 15th to 15th). So once new one start try again, if that doesnt help i would contact support.
