upgrading launchers

    i was bored from this event and started working on my submarine
    i looked in to my launchers and i thought to tinker them,while looking in to it i found i need like 45 level 0 to tinker to reach level 1 per launcher
    but i can buy with game currency only 6
    how do you aquire the rest? only real money?

    Nooooo... you dont need 45 level 0s to tinker your launcher :D

    You need to tinker it 45 times in order to be able to increase its level (recipe required too).
