Why closing my posts?

    This is not the first time, to my post was closed without any help or discussion. I start a post and it is closed without any help.

    If is open it again then it will been deleted because reopening.

    Why closing my post in an hour without help or discussion, when i opened it for discoussion.

    When the support denie a problem and didnt help, why i cant open a discussion for a problem what was denied by support for asking other for happend with them too?

    Its so passive agressive and mean to closing a post without any warning. And this is not the first.
