Wrath of Lord Pyre​

The event starts at Monday, 25th October at 12 noon and ends Saturday, 6th November at 12 noon.

All times are local server times.

Wrath of Lord Pyre features the following:

• 8 event ships (3 normal, 3 minions and 2 admirals)
• 1 quest chain with 6 normal quests and 4 daily quests
• Group map: “The Night of the Crows”
• Phantom Labyrinth map
• New group map “The Skull of Penta-Quinte”
• Soul Chaser map (an extra event PvP map)
• 3 new ship designs: Terror Kindled , Lord’s Vengeance and Burning Crusade
• Event chests
• Shipwrecks
• Event black market (in the in-game shop)

General Info

Vision of Misery, Specter of Pain and Phantom of Despair can be found on maps 5 to 50.

All three event ships spawn minions on their death, Vision of Misery spawns 8 Pumpkin Kings, Spector of Pain spawns 6 Shadow Spider and Phantom of Despair spawns 4 Restless Bones.

Revenant of Suffering spawns on the Soul Chaser map after a certain amount of Vision of Misery, Specter of Pain and Phantom of Despair have been sunk.

Uncle Jack spawns on the Soul Chaser map after a certain amount of souls have been collected on the Soul Chaser map.

All event ships, minions and admirals must be shot with elite ammunition.​

Event NPCs

• Vision of Misery:
  • Depending on how much damage you inflict (but at least 5%) you are rewarded with EXP and Pearls or Crowns.
• Specter of Pain:
  • Depending on how much damage you inflict (but at least 1%) you are rewarded with Pearls and EXP.
  • The player who inflicts the most damage is rewarded with Pearls or Crowns.
• Phantom of Despair:
  • Depending on how much damage you inflict (but at least 1%) you are rewarded with Pearls and EXP.
  • The player who inflicts the most damage is rewarded with Pearls, Crowns or Yulong Coins.
• Pumpkin King:
  • Depending on how much damage you inflict (but at least 10%) you are rewarded with Pumpkin essences.
  • The player who inflicts the most damage and the player who does the last shot are rewarded with extra pumpkin essence each.
• Shadow Spider:
  • Depending on how much damage you inflict (but at least 10%) you are rewarded with Spider essences.
  • The player who inflicts the most damage and the player who does the last shot are rewarded with extra Spider essences each.
• Restless Bone:
  • Depending on how much damage you inflict (but at least 10%) you are rewarded with Bone essences.
  • The player who inflicts the most damage and the player who does the last shot are rewarded with extra Bone essences each.
• Revenant of Suffering:
  • Depending on how much damage you inflict you are rewarded with EXP and Pearls, Crowns or Yulong Coins.
  • The player who inflicts the most damage and the player who does the last shot (but at least 1%) are rewarded with extra Pearls.
• Uncle Jack:
  • Depending on how much damage you inflict you are rewarded with EXP and Pearls, Crowns or Yulong Coins.
  • All players who inflict at least 2% damage receive Ancient emblems.
  • The player who inflicts the most damage is rewarded with Pearls or the design “Jack-O’-Lantern” (Fallback reward: the design “Red Wizard”)
  • The player who does the last shot are rewarded with extra Pearls. There is also a chance to drop the design: “All Hallows Eve” (Fallback: Ancient emblems).

Event Chests

In the Event Treasure Chests you find many useful items, like Pumpkin ammunition, Dead Man’s Rope (crafting material for extensions), Legba Amulets, Simbi Amulets, Tritons Benelovence, Pumpkin Power, Lionhearts, Painbringer cannons level 1 and some other action items.

Additionally you have a chance to receive Mojos as well as Pumpkin, Spider and Bone essences.​

Shipwrecks

The shipwrecks must be shot with harpoons. Items such as Pumpkin ammunition, Armor plates, Black powder, Hailstorm, Firestorm cannons level 1 and Crystals can be obtained from the shipwrecks if you do the last shot.​

Ammunition

Pumpkin ammunition causes much more damage than other ammunition against the event ships (also on the mini games and group map).​

Event Quests

You can accept quests by speaking to William Bloodaxe (Safe Haven).

During the quest series you also speak to Loreena Barrett (Safe Haven).

The daily quests are reset each day at 12 noon (local server time).​

Phantom Labyrinth mini game

Once you have collected enough Ancient Emblems you are able to access the “Phantom Labyrinth” map from the Safe Haven by speaking to Captain Ravenbeard.

Your view range is drastically reduced on the “Phantom Labyrinth” map, where you find 4 npcs, one Boss and some moving zones which deal damage to you.

The goal is to kill the Boss, but before you can attack the Boss you have to find and kill the 4 npcs. ​

The Ghostfinder General ranking tracks the best times and has the following rewards at the end of the event:​

The Skull of Penta-Quinte Group Map

Once you have collected enough ancient emblems you are able to access the “The Skull of Penta-Quinte” group map from the Safe Haven by speaking to Captain Ravenbeard.

After you choose the role you want to play (“Damage Dealer”, “Healer” and “Tank”) and the team is full you are teleported to the group map.

The goal is to kill Lord Joseph Pyre, which is augmented with extra attacks/abilities by 5 Ritual Stones.

Each Ritual Stone has a colored zone about it and spawns 3 Spirits, which are color coded to match one Ritual Stone zone.

You can´t damage the Ritual Stones directly, to destroy them you have to lure and sink 3 correct Spirits in the matching zones.

Not destroying the Ritual Stones adds more loot the whole encounter.

It´s not possible to join the group map again, when you are sunk.​

The Skull of Penta-Quinte ranking

The ranking new map tracks sinking Lord Joseph Pyre and Ritual Stones. (rewarded at the end of the event):​

The Night of the Crows Group map

Once you have collected enough ancient emblems you are able to access the “The Night of the Crows” group map from the Safe Haven by speaking to Captain Ravenbeard.

After you choose the role you want to play (“Damage Dealer”, “Support” and “Tank”) and the team is full you are teleported to the group map.

In the first phase you have to protect Aziriphale Crowley against and his Crowley's Treasures against waves of Spooky Crowleys.

The “Supporter” can spawn “Scare Crows” by using the action item “Scarecrow Toolkit” which help to defend against and his Crowley's Treasures against waves of Spooky Crowleys.

When all Spooky Crowleys are sunk the second phase starts.

In the second phase Aziriphale Crowley sucks in all Crowley's Treasures and become hostile. Scare Crows turn in into “Aziriphale's Fledgling“ and are also hostile.

When Aziriphale Crowley is sunk the 3rd Phase starts and the remaining Crowley's Treasures spawn again (if not all were sunk in the first phase).

You and your group have now a timeframe to sink the Crowley's Treasures and collect the rewards.​

The Night of the Crows ranking

The Master of Crows ranking tracks time used to complete Scary Crows Map with all chests looted and has the following rewards at the end of the event:​

Soul Chaser Map

The Soul Chaser map is an extra event PvP map.

Both event admirals just spawn on the Soul Chaser map.

To enter the Soul Chaser map you have to use the “Order of the Soul” item which can be bought at the black market and you receive as quest reward.

Glitters spawn on the Soul Chaser map which contains souls that give a buff for a certain time when it is collected.

This buff is stackable but if you reach a threshold of 6 souls, you can no longer collect any additional souls.

The buff then changes into a radiant soul.

The buff is only available on the Soul Chaser map.Collecting souls changes the appearance of your ship design into a cursed or a radiant soul.

If a player is sunk or leaves the Soul Chaser map, a glitter drops which contains the souls that the player has collected.

A special zone appears on 1 of 4 defined positions on the Soul Chaser map where the players can exchange their collected souls.

This is how it works:

• A player loses all collected souls in that zone. Those collected souls count for the “Samhain Savage” ranking:
• 1 point for Cursed souls
• 10 points for Radiant Souls
• The special zone stays at that location for a certain time or until a certain number of souls are exchanged. Then the special zone moves to one of the other positions.

The “Samhain Savage” ranking tracks the points for exchanged Souls on the Soul Chaser map and it offers the following daily rewards:​
