We've added 200 Yulong coins to the daily quest rewards for the Fenghuang 2 region (36-40)Where?

Use to get Yulong coins on exchange after reaching 4x 10,000 reputation points from 2 of the exchanges.
So I do exchange now and get this 2020-02-09 15:39:44 You received 22 x Crowns.
2020-02-09 15:39:43 10x Yulong coin was/were removed. Reason: Quest delivery. Was on exchange Yulong coins so took them away really.

You shoot npc's for reputation points and do exchange at quest giver for element ammo at a certain amount reputation points you could receive Yulong coins last one was at 10k exchange for 90 Yulong coins but gone. The post above shows 10 Yulong coins exchanged for crowns the Yulong coin exchange no longer there unless it's always been Yulong coins exchanged for crowns? The last exchange that you had to do 10,000 reputation points on Inferno Overseers, Monsoon Lords, Tempest Masters and Tempest Masters not there anymore. I thought it was for 90 Yulong coins.

quests at 31/1 always gave you some crowns for youlong coins.
They did increase rewards for quests in SH-38 (from 100 to 200 youlong coins each daily quest).
These are the quest that have been ' boosted ' :

• Rinse And Repeat - Start At: Fang Weisheng ( sink 5 Blunt Shock and 5 Brazen Scoria )
  
• Third Time’s a Charm - Start At: Hu Suyin-lin ( Inflict 5 mln dmg to Song Bird )
  
• Repetition Makes Perfection - Start At: Nelson Murphy ( Kill 5 Wreck of Riches )
  
• All Aboard! - Start At: Xie Shulei ( Board 10 Cunning Shark )
