    I need to collect a black rock for quest. I've already "sank black rock's ship", so how else am I suppose to collect it to fulfill the quest?

    If you are on about the atlantis quest. I got the rock by sinking 1 of the event subs. also try event chest or shipwreck

    Black Rock (quest item) can be obtained after sinking event NPCs within the Atlantis.
