What is reach and how is it obtained?

In the League of Captains - Captains Quarters - Promote, the Last Line reads "Reach and max level 10". What is Reach and how do you obtain it.

That text means achieve level 10 for the Captain and have the green bar filled. There is not an ability called "reach"

 

You are kidding, aren't you? Let's try this. What do you have to do to get the green bar filled? That's usually referred to as how to obtain a filled green bar.

 

The green bar is the experience for the captain. As they complete missions they level up and the green bar will be proportionally filled to their next level. Please read this section on improving captains in the SF Bible. Near the middle of this post shows examples of the captain level and the experience bar filling.

 

Have to say the current League of Captains explanations are considerably better than what was originally published. Maybe you should have read it before you gave your first response. Go ahead and close this now.
