Location of rules

Is there a place on Seafight that spells out the rules of what a player can and cannot do?

For example
using outside items or programs?
number of ships per account?
number of accounts per server?
using a ship from one account to repair/help with/etc your main account boat?

Things like that.

be very leary of house rules though most are outdated and if you read tc agreement it states BP can change things as they see fit when needed which in its self is interesting they can tell you this is the rules then turn right around and say no this is now so be careful when reading

its a start but no where do I see it answering the following:

Hi

There is no limit to the amount of ships you can have on any one account. You can carry all the designs that is available. This is the only way you can have multiple ships on one account. Unless of course you are referring to other servers, in which case you can have one account per server.

The number of accounts per server is not limited. You may have as many accounts as you wish.

To use one ship from one account to aid another ship on another account is not against the rules. However this must not be confused with pushing. This is when you use one ship to shoot down another ship or npc, and then use your other account to take the last shot.

You will not see this stated in such a manner in any rules or T&C, but this is the meaning and explanations of your queries.

Please also review the General T & C and in particular the 1.2.7 the contents of which I have placed below.

1.2.7 Users are authorized to create multiple accounts on the Portal. Several Games, however, prohibit the use of more than one Account by one and the same User (“prohibition of multi-accounts”). Detailed information is provided in the rules of the respective Game(s). Bigpoint strongly recommends that all Users with multiple Accounts carefully read the respective rules of the Game(s), because the use of multi-accounts in certain Games can lead to an immediate ban of the User.

Furthermore, even in Games permitting Users to have multiple accounts, communication, or any kind of interaction whatsoever, between accounts of the same User is prohibited (ban on 'pushing'). In particular, an Account may not be used to create advantages for another Account from the same User, for example, to transfer items or game currency from one Account to another Account of the same User, or to allow one Account to fight against another Account of the same User.
