    so i am just returning here i am getting banned left and right up and down for small things. i said *edit* cause your lag in the game kept making me miss my goal, wasnt my fault your game wasnt running properly during that time, and it ticked me off. i ask about some guild things in chat banned and logged out? said something about the mods making me hate the game by not having leniancy, and got muted for 7 days??????? where the hell is customer satisfaction in this game? where is a good moderator cause ive been banned/muted too many times to count this week ive been back. if your game was running properly maybe i wouldnt need to speak such things, im not a hateful person but the way im treated on this game is making me very salty. yes getting sunk sucks have i complained about it yes cause im just a noob ship. and not being able to speak, let alone freedom of speech which doesnt exist on this game is driving me crazy. yes understandable some things shouldnt be said shoot i got muted for 2 days my 1st day back for saying "i guess sun map is still full of *edit*" was it rude yes, was it the truth yes, and i feel mistreated by your moderators, not happy with the game like i was a few days ago in fact i was really enjoyng it, but you mods are making me dislike the game.

    Firstly, late me state that the chat rules are also in effect on the forum, if you have been banned for saying something in chat, please do not post it in the forum as it is also not allowed here.

    We understand your frustration in regards to game issues as of late and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. However please do remember that there is no excuse for breaking the rules of chat, these have been setup to keep chat an enjoyable and appropriate place for all players.

    I recommend you take the time to read through both the     Chat Rules and the Chat Guidelines posts, following these will prevent you from being chat banned in the future.

    If you feel you have been banned unfairly, please post the required information in the     Chat section of the forum.

    As there is no Technical Question here, this thread shall now be closed.
